These Terms govern your use of Yaylo's websites, applications, and family-circle services.

Eligibility and family responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create or manage a parent account. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for child profiles in their circles and for supervising child use of the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and billing

Yaylo may offer free and paid plans (including Yaylo Plus). Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Subscription checkout and billing management are processed through Stripe.

Plan features, limits, and pricing may change. If required by law, we will provide notice before material pricing changes take effect.

Promo codes and vouchers

Promo codes, discounts, and vouchers may be offered at Yaylo's discretion. Unless stated otherwise, they are non-transferable, have no cash value, may expire, and may be limited by account, plan, partner, region, or campaign terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Yaylo lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the service. You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, upload malware, or misuse child-focused features.

User content and licenses

You retain rights to content you submit (such as avatars or mission entries). You grant Yaylo a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Yaylo software, branding, designs, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the service.

Termination and deletion

You can delete your account from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or attempt fraud or abuse.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Yaylo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yaylo and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law and disputes

Governing law and dispute-resolution venue will be finalized and listed here before broad public launch. If you are a consumer, mandatory local law protections in your jurisdiction still apply where required.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Yaylo evolves. Continued use after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
